NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) – Ahead of his highly-anticipated new album New Ways, which is due out November 1 via Secret City, Leif Vollebekk has announced his largest U.S. tour to date.
Scheduled to run from December 2019 through to January 2020, the tour will include his first headlining show at NYC’s Bowery Ballroom on December 10th. Vollebekk will also play Moroccan Lounge in Los Angeles on September 11 before heading to Europe for a month of shows in November supporting Half Moon Run.
Vollebekk recently wrapped a run of dates with Shakey Graves in the U.K., and has previously shared the stage with Gregory Alan Isakov, Angie McMahon, Daniel Lanois, Patrick Watson, Natalia LaFourcade, Mandolin Orange, Beth Orton, Sinéad O’Connor and more.
New Ways is the follow-up to 2017’s breakthrough record Twin Solitude, which was shortlisted for the Polaris Music Prize and earned Vollebekk his first Juno nomination.
