Ticketmaster has entered into an agreement to acquire Billettservice AS, Norway's leading ticketing company. Terms were not announced.
Billettservice has been in Norway since 1977, selling approximately 4 million tickets annually with a client list including some of the country's leading event producers, venues, sports teams, and performing arts organizations: SMG's Oslo Spektrum, Gunnar Eide Concerts associated with Clear Channel Entertainment, Rosenborg Soccer Club, Oslo Nye Theater and the Oslo Knoserthus.

Headquartered in Oslo, Billetservice has an additional call center in Mo I Rana, Norway.
