NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The blogosphere has been rampant with reports that singer Beyonce has once again ditched her management, however, the story doesn't quite have the ring of accuracy.

According to the published reports, Beyonce has fired her manager, Live Nation executive Faisal Durrani, and will henceforth oversee her own career with the assistance of her husband Jay Z.

However, the stories are sourced from a story in the UK tabloid Daily Mirror that no longer seems to exist. Nor can we find any indication that Faisal Durrani ever served in a management role for Beyonce.

Beyonce did fire her previous manager and father, Matthew Knowles in 2011.

A rep for the singer put a further kibosh on the story, noting that Mrs. Carter continues to have her business affairs managed by Parkwood Entertainment, a company Beyonce founded in 2008. – Staff Writers
