SEATTLE (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Russian rock outfit Mumiy Troll is on tour in support of their latest release Comrade Ambassador, the band's first album available commercially in the U.S.
The band, originally formed in the far east port city of Vladivostok in the Soviet-era 1980s, ended up on the KGB's blacklist. The band reformed in 1997 and has since become one of Russia's top musical acts with followings across Asia and Europe. Mumiy Troll
The band is currently touring across North America with a 38-date itinerary and has additional tour plans for 2010 with an eye towards Europe and Asia.
