Nettwerk Sued Over Payments For Album Artwork

VANCOUVER B.C. (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Business in Vancouver is reporting that Nettwerk One Music along with a number of other defendants is being sued by the receiver of Grafikom LP for payments on for artwork that Grafikom had provided for CD/DVD and related products.

According to the lawsuit filed in B.C. Supreme Court, Grafikom pacted with the defendants in November 2000 to supply artwork for the CD/DVD artwork sleeves and similar products. Grafikom alleges that they supplied $148,362 (US) to the defendants in October 2008 but were not compensated. Grafikom went into receivership the next month with RSM Richter Inc. being appointed by the court to oversee the firm.

According to Business in Vancouver, RSM Richter is seeking $148,362 in compensation on behalf of Grafikom LP. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
