Keep The Light Alive – A Tribute To Lowen & Navarro

NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — A solid roster of artists has come together in a new tribute album to the songwriting duo Lowen & Navarro with a special nod to Eric Lowen. Eric was diagnosed almost six years ago with ALS, Lou Gehrig's disease and proceeds from the sale of the CD will go to aiding with the disease, as well as research to find a cure for ALS.

Among the artists featured on the CD are Jackson Browne, Keb' Mo', The Bangles, The Refugees Five for Fighting's John Ondrasik, Severin Browne, Joel Rafael, Andy Chase, Freebo, Eddie from Ohio, Phil Parlapiano, Charlie Wadhams and Stonehoney, performing hits from Lowen & Navarro's catalog.

"This recording honors the gentle, jovial, supremely talented Eric Lowen, whom we all love and admire. It highlights some of the amazing songs this duo has written and performed over the past twenty-plus years," says Mike Gormley, who served as Lowen & Navarro's manager for over a decade. Gormley, along with fellow executive producers Janis Dalessandro, Mark Waldrep of AIX Records and renowned musician/producer Kevin McCormick spent the better part of the last three years assembling the tribute.
