Goldenvoice Looks East

JERSEY CITY (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Vineland isn't the only major new festival coming to the East Coast and Goldenvoice/AEG Live have announced that they intend to stage a major new fest this summer at Liberty Park across the Hudson from Manhattan, Billboard has reported.

Although the festival will not be affixed with the Coachella label, and will run up against stiff competition in the form of the Vineland festival, being staged by C3 and Festival Republic in August near Philly.

Details on the new festival remain sparse but Coachella is quickly taking shape and the lineup for this year's event is expected within a few weeks. The event is slated to be held from April 25-27 in Indio, Calif. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
