LONDON (CelebrityAccess) – Back in 2017, U2 celebrated the 30th anniversary of their landmark Joshua Tree album with a massive tour. After dropping their full-length Songs of Experience later that year, they spent the next year playing shows under the “eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE Tour” banner. Now, however, the band is relaunching “The Joshua Tree Tour” with a new round of 2019 tour dates.
The new trek is scheduled to kick off November 8th in Auckland, NZ and will make stops in Melbourne, AU, and Tokyo, JP, among other cities, before wrapping up in early December with a pair of first-time performances in Seoul, South Korea and Singapore.
Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will open the NZ and AU dates.
Ticket information can be found on U2’s website. Floor tickets for all NZ and AU shows will be paperless. An exact date and venue for the Singapore show will be announced in the coming weeks.
