NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) – Adam Sandler has announced a famous friend will be joining the lineup for his upcoming tour stop in Upstate New York.
Rob Schneider has been added to Sandler’s “100% Fresher” performance on Sunday, June 23 at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. The show will begin at 8 p.m. with Schneider as Sandler’s “surprise guest.”
Sandler, who got his start as a standup comedian and “Saturday Night Live” cast member, is today best known for his movies such as “Billy Madison,” “Happy Gilmore” and “The Wedding Singer,” among others. Schneider, who is also a former “SNL” cast member, is a longtime friend of Sandler. The two have appeared in films together like “Big Daddy,” “The Waterboy,” “Grown Ups,” “50 First Dates” and “The Longest Yard,” with Schneider also starring in movies produced by Sandler’s company Happy Madison, such as “Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo,” “Hot Chick” and “The Animal.”
Bethel Woods is Sandler’s only Upstate New York stop on his 2019 tour, which follows his recent Netflix comedy special “100% Fresh,” his first standup special in 20 years.
