(CelebrityAccess) — Rock legend and former Led Zepplin frontman Robert Plant announced plans for a short North American tour with his band The Sensational Space Shifters later this year.
The tour kicks off on September 13th at the Harvest Jazz & Blues Festival in Fredericton, NB, with headlining dates starting September 17 at The Mann Center in Philadelphia, PA with Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats.
Plant at the Space Shifters will perform through September and into early October, closing the run out at the Les Schwab Amphitheater in Bend, Oregon on October 3rd.
Other festival plays include the Outlaw Music Festival in Indianapolis, Ind. on Sept. 20th and the Bourbon & Beyond Festival in Louisville, KY. on September 21st.
Plant and the boys are touring behind his latest album Carry Fire which he released in 2017 via Nonesuch/Warner Bros.
