LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — L.A.-based punk quartet The Regrettes announced they are canceling the remainder of their double-headlining bill with Swmrs due to vocal issues.
In a post to the band’s twitter on Monday, frontwoman Lydia Night wrote: “Hey there. It pains us to say this but we will not be continuing our tour with Swmrs. I have struggled in the past with my vocal health and the past few days have been super rough. After going to the doctor, the decision was made that I need to go on vocal rest. Playing shows right now is really not what’s best for my health.”
Night went on to note that apart from headlining shows in D.C. and Dallas, they would not be refunding tickets but promised to “make it up” to fans who provided proof of ticket purchase.
Night also teased their upcoming second studio album, which they just wrapped up studio work for at the end of March.
