LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) — Slightly less than a year after wrapping her successful Number 1 to Infinity residency in Las Vegas, singer Mariah Carey has returned for a second round.
“The Butterfly Returns” promises a more “intimate” concert experience, though it will again take place at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The show features Carey revisiting hits and fan favorites from her extensive catalog of music, including “Honey,” “Make It Happen,” “Fantasy, “Vision of Love, “Emotions,” and “We Belong Together.”
The production will also feature a four-piece live band, three backup singers, and a slew of dancers (it is Las Vegas, after all.)
Carey will also work her two kids – Monroe and Moroccan – into the show, with them joining her on stage during her rendition of “Always Be My Baby,” as well as audience members being invited to sit with Mariah on stage while she performs “Touch My Body.” (Ask Elton how that worked out.)
The residency is being produced by Caesars Palace and Live Nation Las Vegas.
Tickets for the following nine performances are on sale now:
July 2018: 14, 15
