UTA Prepares For 'Project Impact' Volunteer Service Day On Friday

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) United Talent Agency is preparing to hold its 8th annual “Project Impact” day of service on Friday, with nearly 1,000 employess dedicating time and service at more than 40 volunteer sites around the world.

The project is a weeklong event organized by the UTA Foundation with hundreds of agents, execs, assistants and other staff devoting time to charitable organizations at UTA locations like Los Angeles, New York and Nashville. Participants will include CEO Jeremy Zimmer, co-president Jay Sures and chairman Jim Berkus. Some of the recipients of the volunteerism areProject Angel Food, US Vets, and New York’s Hell’s Kitchen Farm Project. In Nashville, there is the homeless youth Oasis Center, in Miami Feeding South Florida and in London park beautification, according to Deadline Hollywood.

UTA client Terry Crews announced the UTA Foundation’s “Live Inspired” honorees with a video (here) earlier this week. Each year, five employees are awarded a one-week paid sabbatical and a stipend to fulfill a philanthropic or aspirational goal.
