Sun Soaked Music Festival Expands To Two Days In 2019

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — DJ, producer, and musician Kaskade is teaming up with Live Nation to bring his curated Sun Soaked music festival back to the beach in 2019.

This year, the event has expanded from one to two days and will take place on July 13 & 14 in Long Beach, California.

“Sun Soaked is such a personal love letter from me to summer,” states Kaskade. “I’ve never gotten over that feeling when you’re young and the days seem endless and you’re just cool and sunkissed dripping in sweat. Now I have the opportunity to add the perfect soundtrack for those moments, add some out-there visuals and party elements and stretch it out over a whole weekend. It’s my dream scenario, and if I can have the company of sun + sand lovers with me, then all the better.”

The 2019 edition of the festival will feature performances by headliners Kaskade and Logic, along with Grimes (DJ Set), Quinn XCII, , BROHUG, CID, Aokay, Charly Jordan, Kendoll, Nox Vahn, Wenzday, Zaya and a special REDUX set from Kaskade.

Beyond music, the festival grounds will also include a variety of beachy sorts of attractions, including waterslides, sand sculptures, and shade features.

A portion of Sun Soaked will fund coastal access and recreational activities for underserved populations in the greater Los Angeles Area.
