Madonna Expands Her Madame X Tour

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Just hours after announcing plans for a North American tour later this year Madonna and promoter Live Nation expanded the run with a fistful of new dates in New York and Los Angeles.

In New York, in addition to the concert dates previously confirmed at the the BAM Howard Gilman Opera House on September 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21 and 22, new dates have just been announced on September 24, 25, 26, 28 and October 1 bringing the total performances in the market for the tour up to 12.

In Los Angeles, Madonna added four additional shows on November 21, 23, 24, and 25 to the list of previously announced dates, bringing the total number of Los Angeles performances up to 9.

The Madame X Tour will kick off September 12th at the BAM Howard Gilman Opera House in New York and will feature multiple nights of shows in each city including performances at the Chicago Theatre, The Wiltern in Los Angeles, the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, the Boch Center Wang Theatre in Boston, The Met Philadelphia and at the Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theatre in 2019.

The Madame X Tour will then resume in early 2020 with performances at the Coliseum in Lisbon, the Palladium in London and at the Grand Rex in Paris.

Tickets for these new Madame X performances will be scaled between a fairly reasonable $60.00 to an eye-popping $760.00 (plus applicable service fees, of course. There are always fees.)

As with the original dates announced, ticket requests for the newly announced dates will be accepted immediately through Friday, May 10th at 11:59 pm ET at madonna.livenation.com. Fans will be able to select city and show preference plus their preferred price points prior to completing their request. Tickets will first be distributed to Madge’s “Icon” fan club members, then to Citi cardholders and finally, doled out to the hoi polloi

Additionally, fans will have the opportunity to make a desperate bid to purchase one of just ten tickets that per show that will be sold for just $10.00. The tix will be available at Madonna.com and fans will be notified if they win the $10 ticket lottery.
