Endeavor Files Registration Statement With SEC For Proposed Initial Public Offering

BEVERLY HILLS (CelebrityAccess) Endeavor, parent company of WME, IMG and UFC, has announced it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of shares of its Class A common stock.

The number of shares to be offered and the pricing of the proposed IPO have not been determined. Endeavor intends to apply to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol EDR.

The proposed offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
