WorkPlay Theater Announces 'Joe B' As New General Manager

BIRMINGHAM, AL (CelebrityAccess) — WorkPlay Theater, One of Alabama’s Premier Music Centers announced the selection of Joseph “Joe B.” Benintende, a music industry veteran, to take the helm of General Manager of this Alabama Landmark.

Joseph has an extensive and diverse career facilitating all aspects of venue management in performing arts centers, arenas, amphitheaters and convention centers. Joseph former managing partner of Encore Entertainment, producers of the Birmingham Jam Festival and the Sloss Music Meltdown Concert series, then a career with New Era Promotions and Live Nation, stationed out of the legendary Oak Mountain Amphitheatre.

During his tenure with Live Nation, Joseph served in the capacity of Promoter Representative, Director of Production with responsibilities in numerous venues, tours and major festivals in the Southeast.
