Vibes To Return In 2010

BRIDGEPORT, CT (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — According to the Danbury News Times, Festival founder Ken Hays is set to make an annoucement ahead of a concert on Thursday by Dark Star Orchestra and The Donna Jean Godchaux Band. Both bands have been fixtures at the Vibes festival since it returned to Connecticut in 2007.

"We're going to make an announcement (Thursday) at The Klein. I don't want to spoil the surprise," Hays told the News Times.

As of yet, no word on a lineup or dates have been released, but details are expected shortly.

2009 proved to be a bit of a downbeat year for The Vibes and they were beset upon by bad weather and a body which was discovered on the final day of the event at the park where the festival is staged. Police believe that the body was unrelated to the festival. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
