LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Ticketing services company Vendini announced that it has acquired CrowdTorch, a consumer facing white label ticketing and live event platform previously owned by Cvent (CVT).
The CrowdTorch ticketing platform will remain intact and will continue to operate and be supported by Vendini. The engineering and support teams at Crowdtorch will also remain in place following the acquisition.
