
LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — U2's The Joshua Tree Tour 2017 is on track to be the biggest tour of 2017 after crossing the threshold of more than 2.4 million tickets sold worldwide.
The Joshua Tree Tour 2017 opened May 12th at BC Place in Vancouver and made its U.S. debut May 14th at CenturyLink Field in Seattle. The North American leg included 20 sold-out stadium dates and U2's first ever U.S. festival headline June 9th at Bonnaroo.
The tour is next headed across the pond for a series of shows in Europe and the Uk, starting on July 7th at Twickenham in London, and running through August 1st before they head back to the U.S. for a second North American segment, followed by a run of Central and South American markets.
Beck will be special guest for the upcoming North American dates. In Mexico and South America, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds have been confirmed as special guest. – Staff Writers
