Ticketmaster Exclusive Ticketing Company for NASCAR Hall of Fame Opening May 2010

CHARLOTTE, NC (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — — Ticketmaster and Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority announced a multi-year ticketing renewal for Bojangles' Coliseum, Ovens Auditorium, and Charlotte Convention Center. The agreement includes the NASCAR Hall of Fame, set to open May 11, 2010. On an annual basis, CRVA facilities play host to more than 600 events attended by approximately two million residents and visitors.

The NASCAR Hall of Fame, a 150,000-square-foot interactive entertainment attraction, will use Ticketmaster VISTA technology to provide a fully integrated system of reporting capabilities including ticket availability, attendance, and revenue analysis.

Charlotte is the home of stock car racing with more than 80 percent of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series teams, 70 percent of NASCAR Nationwide Series teams, and 50 percent of NASCAR Camping World Truck Series teams based in the region.

"CRVA is pleased to have extended the long-standing relationship we have had with Ticketmaster," said Mike Crum, Chief Operating Officer for the CRVA.

"The NASCAR Hall of Fame will be a tremendous asset to the Charlotte community and we are proud to be affiliated with it as it expands our long-standing partnership with the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority," said Jared Smith, Ticketmaster's regional vice president, South East Region.
