The Boot Hires Category 5 For Concert Bookings

(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Boot, a 700-capacity club in New Orleans, has hired Brett Hyman of Category 5 to book national tours into the venue and compete with local clubs that are not taking full advantage of the college market. The Boot is located next to Tulane and Loyola Universities and within close distance to Xavier, UNO and Delgado.

Hyman says he plans to cater to a wide range of people within the 18-34-year-old demographic. “While there is a large market for ‘college music’, we hope to bring out alternative rock, jam bands, and popular hip-hop bands,” says Hyman. “Since our local residents are so diverse, we believe in successful shows of all genres.”
