The Agency Group Announces New Corporate Structure In North America

(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Neil Warnock, CEO of The Agency Group worldwide, announced today a new North American management structure that will see Steve Herman, the current President of the agency’s Canadian operations, take the helm as the CEO of North America.

Steve Martin will remain as President, and will assume further responsibilities overseeing the company’s Film and TV/Literary and Comedy Division and its future expansion.

As part of the re-organization, the company has bolstered its senior management team in its three offices naming Ken Fermaglich as Senior Vice President and head of the New York office, and Dave Kirby and Andy Somers as Senior Vice Presidents and will co-head the Los Angeles office.

Also being promoted to Vice Presidents in their respective offices are Peter Schwartz in New York, Bruce Solar in Los Angeles, Ralph James and Jack Ross in Toronto who will co-head the Canadian office, with Ralph also taking on a role as part of the senior management team.
