Barbra Streisand is coming out of her self-imposed retirement to perform at a September 29 fundraiser in Los Angeles for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Streisand, a longtime supporter of Democratic candidates, has also performed at fundraisers for Bill Clinton and Al Gore. The DCCC hopes to raise $4 million at the event. Barry Manilow is also a featured performer.
