LONDON (CelebrityAccess) — The recently-renamed SSE Arena Wembley in London is paying tribute to pop icon David Bowie, by posting a colourful digital banner on a display screen on the front of the venue.
The pink, red and blue digital banner features an image of Bowie from the album ‘Aladdin Sane’ with a simple ‘1947- 2016’.
"Bowie had played The SSE Arena, Wembley on numerous occasions from 1976 until his most recent appearance in November 2003 on his last world tour, ‘A Reality Tour’, where he played the venue on two consecutive nights," the venue said in a statement. – Staff Writers
