Snoop Dogg Victimized By Theft…Maybe

SAN FRANCISCO (CelebrityAccess) — Rapper Snoop Dogg was apparently the victim of theft last Monday after someone stole his concert gear from a vehicle in San Francisco.

According to TMZ, the thief broke into Snoop's SUV and stole "a bunch of laptops, luggage, and concert gear."

Strangely, Snoop later rebutted the TMZ story, posting a video that seemed to indicate he had not been the victim of the theft, however, San Francisco police spokesman Albie Esparza confirmed to NBC Bay Area that the theft occurred, adding that the gear belong to the rapper's tour.

Snoop had performances scheduled at The Regency Ballroom in San Francisco, the W Hotel and at San Francisco nightclub Ruby Skye on Sunday night. As well, his youth football league held an all-star "Snooper Bowl" game on Saturday at San Jose City College. – Staff Writers
