As the largest and most experienced producer of air shows, ASN's successes include 600 air shows in 46 states and 7 provinces averaging 40 air shows per year that have been attended by over 8 million fans. This transaction represents Pro Sports & Entertainments, Inc.'s entry into the air show live entertainment market and is a strategic component of its acquisition growth initiative.
The Air Show Network offers fans aerial entertainment, ground displays and consistently excellent guest services. ASN offers unique sponsorship opportunities that translate to a high value return when compared to other marketing mediums. Pro Sports & Entertainment intends to expand corporate partnerships, television broadcast opportunities and onsite attendance throughout the 24-35 annual events operated by the Airshow Network.
