Pitchfork Music Festival Set To Return For 2010

CHICAGO (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Pitchfork Media, the folks behind Pitchfork, one of the leading indie music blogs, have announced the return of their Pitchfork Music Festival for 2010, along with the initial lineup.

Set to take place on July 16-18 at Chicago's Union Park, this year's lineup will include Pavement, Modest Mouse, LCD Soundsystem, Raekwon, St. Vincent and others. This year, the festival plans on expanding their Friday offerings with more music and performers.

First staged in 2006, the inaugural event drew more than 35,000 visitors to hear music from two main stages along with a tent featuring a diverse range of hip-hop, electronic and experimental music.
