LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) — Chris Brown reportedly will not be charged in connection with an alleged misdemeanor battery incident at the Palms Casino Resort involving a Brazilian model.
According to ABC News, Las Vegas police said that they have concluded their investigation after determining that there was insufficient evidence to pursue charges. Liziane Gutierrez, a Brazilian model, claimed that Brown had punched her after she tried to take a photo of him with her mobile phone.
Brown maintained his innocence, with his reps telling ABC News that Gutierrez's statements were unequivocally untrue" and "a complete fabrication."
