MOUNT HOLLY (CelebrityAccess) — A New Jersey woman has plead guilty to selling concert tickets to a Sheryl Crow show, even though she knew Crow had not been booked to perform.
According to the Burlington County Times, 42-year-old Kelly Bryan admitted on Tuesday that the tickets she advertised on Facebook were fake. As well, she admitted that she had deceived vendors about the event while operating as KBR Promotions.
Bryan told the court she was working with a booking agent to try to book Crow, but conceded that she had not secured a contract for the performance.
Bryan faces up to 5 years of probation and will be expected to pay restitution that could amount to as much as $30,000, the Burlington County Times reported. Bryan's sentencing will take place on June 14th. – Staff Writers
