NEW YORK (AP) — Platinum-selling teen group 3LW, or 3 Little Women, has gotten a bit smaller — one of its original members has been removed from the lineup.
Naturi Naughton, 18, confirmed in an interview on New York's WBLS-FM on Wednesday that she had left because of tensions within the group.
Naughton, Adrienne Bailon, 18, and Kiely Williams, 16, sold about 1 million copies of 3LW's self-titled debut album in December 2000, which spawned hits such as "Playas Gon' Play" and "No More."
A new album, "A Girl Can Mack," is scheduled for release in October, and the group is now on a promotional tour.
