MTV, USO Team Up

MTV will produce with the USO a 90-minute televised holiday concert, "For the Troops: An MTV/USO Special," set to air January 1 in the US. Jennifer Lopez, Kid Rock, and Ja Rule will be featured. The special, hosted by Carson Daly, will be produced at an undisclosed overseas U.S. military base and include concert performances, backstage footage, and stories spotlighting the stationed soldiers.
