FRESNO (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — South American promoter Mondo Entertainment has pacted with VisionOne in a deal that will see Mondo's ticketing subsidiary LivePass utlizing VisionOne's ShoWare ticketing software for online and box office ticket sales for a wide variety of entertainment events.
Mondo Entertainment is one of the largest entertainment companies in Latin America and was created by the merger of the ABC Group and Mondo Evempro. With this merger Mondo Entertainment has begun to produce shows in Chile and Argentina, with plans to eventually cover the entire Latin American market in the next four years as well as reaching into the U.S. Hispanic market. Mondo Entertainment is responsible for live concert tours, holiday special events, fairs, festivals, and museum events, as well as merchandising, sponsorships, ticketing (LivePass), and event marketing.
Among the shows presented by Mondo Entertainment in the region by are Bob Dylan, Iron Maiden and the Jonas Brothers and Beyonce, which was the first show to utlize the ShoWare software.
