Mizner Park Amphitheater Not Happy With Live Nation

BOCA RATON, FL (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Live Nation and Center for the Arts at Mizner Park, owner of the Mizner Park amphitheater in Boca Raton, may be in its own corporate version of battle of the bands.

Mizner Park Amphitheater is a nonprofit organization that holds concerts with Live Nation employed as their promoter. But according to The Miami Herald Live Nation is to hold 25 concerts yearly at the amphitheater but only held nine this past year.

“Live Nation has really been spotty in the amount of shows,'' said Charlie Siemon of Center for the Arts.

Live Nation’s has cited that it cannot fill seats at Minzner Park. According to The Miami Herald, too many people do not pay for tickets but rather gather around outside the park and just listen to the music. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
