Michael Flatley's Company to Go Public

Michael Flatley, the Lord of the Dance star, is planning to take his Irish dance company, Unicorn Entertainment, public next year. He wants to raise about $145 million in the public offering. It is believed that about 300 million people have seen the performer since he left Riverdance in 1995.
