Marilyn Manson Cancels Two Festival Dates

(CelebrityAccess) — Gothrock icon Marilyn Manson has canceled more upcoming shows following on onstage injury earlier this month that left the performer injured.

Manson was due to perform at the Monster Energy Aftershock festival, which takes place in Sacramento, CA on October 21st and 22nd but pulled out of the event without offering a reason.

He also pulled out of a headlining slot at the Freaker's Ball in Grand Prairie, Texas, that was scheduled for Oct. 15.

Manson was injured late last month in an on-stage injury in New York. Manson was performing at the Hammerstein Ballroom when a piece of stage scenery and scaffolding fell over on top of him as he attempted to climb on it during his show.

Manson was hospitalized after the incident and has since canceled nine shows on his current "Heaven Upside Down" tour.
