LiquidSeats Provides Online Ticket Re-sale For NY Jets

LiquidSeats has entered into a multiyear deal with the New York Jets to provide the
Jets with an online ticket marketplace service. LiquidSeats' StubHub product will
power a ticket exchange, called the Jets StubHub, which will enable season ticket
holders to sell tickets for face value directly to members of the team's season ticket
holder waitlist. The Jets become the first National Football League team to offer such a
resale service and join other LiquidSeats team customers including Major League
Baseball's Arizona Diamondbacks and Seattle Mariners and the NBA's Los Angeles
Clippers.

"LiquidSeats' re-sale product enables us to provide a great service for both our season
ticket holders and our waitlist members," said Bob Parente, Vice President of
Business Operations for the Jets. "We're sold out every week, so without a service like
this there would be no way for our waitlist members to get game tickets. And
LiquidSeats was able to work with us to create a customized and flexible solution that
is a perfect fit for the Jets."

The service can be accessed at http://www.newyorkjets.com/ .
Only season ticket holders will be able to post tickets for sale, and waitlist members
and other season ticket holders will be able to buy.

The StubHub Ticket Marketplace, a product developed by LiquidSeats, Inc., allows
ticket holders to safely and securely resell unused event tickets directly to other fans.
The system provides a user-friendly interface and handles all payment processing and
delivery, while LiquidSeats' customer service representatives handle all user questions
and monitor each transaction. Jet fans will be able to post their tickets for sale at face
value. Buyers can use a credit card to purchase the tickets and receive the tickets via
delivery through Federal Express. The system uses the latest Internet security
technology.

The deal further cements LiquidSeats' leadership position in the hotly-contested
secondary ticket market. The market is an estimated $10 billion in the US and has
recently seen more competition from various players. Other competitors offer solutions
that could result in fraudulent copies of tickets, whereas LiquidSeats has
patent-pending technology that eliminates any risk of fraud.
