Jon Petrunak Named Booking Director At SMG

PHILADELPHIA, PA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — SMG is proud to announce the hiring of Jon Petrunak as Director of Booking for the management company’s sports and entertainment division.

In this position, Petrunak will report directly to Mike Evans, SMG Sports and Entertainment Senior Vice President. “Jon is a welcome addition to my staff here in Philadelphia,” said Evans. “He will be responsible for the content on SMGBooking.com and assist in the support of programming our facilities in our secondary and tertiary markets.”

Petrunak joined SMG in 2001 as the Box Office Manager for the Sovereign Center and Sovereign Performing Arts Center in Reading, PA. Most recently, he held the position of Booking and Theater Director at the center. Petrunak has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Management as well as an MBA from Kutztown University.
