SINGAPORE (CelebrityAccess) — Japanese label group and artist management company S2S has abruptly shuttered all of its operations in Singapore and the rest of South-east Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan at the end of September.

The company, with label imprints including Smoove Records, Incense Records repped artists including Singapore-basedTay Kewei, Bonnie Loo, Lani Misalucha, and British jazz saxophonist and percussionist Jim Tomlinson.

The company's management said in a statement: "We have decided to cease all businesses and operations across South-east Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan due to the music downturn. We are currently in talks with a couple of labels on selling our back catalogues."

The company was founded in Signapore in 1997 by Ken Suzuki, and launched their management and publishing operation in 1999. – Staff Writers
