BARNTON, UK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — 80s British pop star Francis Dunnery, frontman for the newly reformed It Bites, will be playing an intimate gig in the living room of one of his biggest fans.
Barnton native Gary Edwards, a 40-year-old local businessman has been a fan since he was 19 and is reportedly looking forward to the event. Edwards won the honor of hosting the event after entering a contest on Dunnery's website.
All thirty tickets for the event are sold out already. The concert is part of It Bites's Mid Life Crisis tour. The band reformed in 2006 after 15 years on hiatus.
"He sings from the heart, he's a genuine guy and you know he's putting everything into it so you feel it yourself." Edwards told the Norwich Guardian "I went to a U2 concert at the City stadium where there were more than 80,000 people and we were stood beyond the halfway line. To me there's no comparison – stick me in this environment any day – it's much more emotional and intimate." – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
