Gucci Mane Hit With Lawsuit Over No-Shows

PITTSBURGH (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Rapper Gucci Mane, currently serving a six month stint on an assault charge, has been sued for allegedly failing to perform at a pair of Pennsylvania concerts in 2009.

Promoters Marshall Productions and Rockstar Entertainment brought the legal action against Mane (AKA Radric Davis) and two colleagues, claiming that Mane allegedly accepted cash deposits of $13,750 for a pair of Pittsburgh shows despite the knowledge that legal troubles would prevent Mane from traveling to the gigs from Georgia.

Court documents filed in the suit read that "the defendants engaged in a widespread scheme scheduling concerts they knew would not take place." WENN reported.
