The line-up for the Irish leg of OZZFEST 2002 has been finalized.

Joining Ozzy Osbourne at the touring metal event, are Tool, System Of A Down and Slayer.

This year's event takes place at the Punchestown Racecourse on May 26, according to the Irish promoter website www.mcd.ie. Tickets go on sale March 8.

Plans are underway for an Ozzfest in the UK this summer. It is rumored that the event, with a similar line-up, will take place at Castle Donington, around June.

The Charlatans to Headline Glastonbury

THE CHARLATANS are to headline the MAIN STAGE at GLASTONBURY on the festival's opening day, June 28.

The five-piece band is the first major act to confirm their place at Glastonbury. Radiohead, Starsailor, The Strokes, Roger Waters and Rod Stewart have all been heavily mooted but none have admitted they will be there.
