
SANTA CLARA, CA (CelebrityAccess) — DIRECTV, known for hosting events of Super Bowl weekend and Pepsi, a pop culture leader in sports and music, kicked off the Super Bowl 50 weekend with the sold-out Super Thursday Night featuring Dave Matthews Band at San Francisco’s Pier 70. The GRAMMY Award-winning band played to an excited crowd of 6,500 fans and celebrity guests. Dave Matthews Band performed classic hits such as “Satellite,” “Crash,” “You & Me,” What Would You Say,” “Why I Am,” “Ants Marching” and more.
DIRECTV’s three nights of live concert performances will continue through the weekend with Pepsi Friday Night Live featuring Pharrell Williams, and DIRECTV Super Saturday Night Co-Hosted by Mark Cuban’s AXS TV featuring Red Hot Chili Peppers and just announced Run DMC to open the show.
