PUERTO RICO (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Mexican singer Julieta Venegas
has been forced to cancel a scheduled open air concert that had been planned
for the Carribean island nation of Puerto Rico on Saturday, August 18th due
the the menace posed by Hurricane Dean.
A spokesperson for the event, Jose Pabon, said in a statement that "We
regret this situation a lot but it is something that is not in our hands;
the public deserves better. Considering that it is open-air, we have decided
to move the date."
