Corus Entertainment Expands Into Live Events

TORONTO, ON (CelebrityAccess) — Corus Entertainment Inc. (CJR.B) announced that the company is expanding into live events with the launch of Corus Live. This new initiative will leverage Corus’ TV, radio, digital and production expertise to connect audiences with great talent and leading brands through immersive, live experiences staged across the country. This summer, Corus Live presents its inaugural event with CMT Music Fest.

Corus will enter the live events market with the CMT brand. CMT Music Fest will be promoted across the company’s extensive digital, television and radio platforms. Additional live events, built on Corus’ market offerings in Kids, Family and Women as well as the company’s radio brands, will be announced in the future.
