CMHOF FInd New Home At Red Rocks

DENVER, CO (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Colorado Music Hall of Fame has chosen the Red Rocks Trading Post at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater, its new home.

The CMHOF hopes to be up and running in time for next summer's concert season. The Trading Post is currently used to sell venue souvineers. The John Denver “Spirit” statue, a larger-than-life bronze figure that was recently donated to the CMHOF, will be relocated to the entrance of the Trading Post.

“Starting with Mayor Hancock, the city of Denver has been an amazing ally in our quest to find a permanent home,” says Chuck Morris, CMHOF’s chairman. “This has been our dream from day one. We will always appreciate the support we received from 1stBank Center and Broomfield officials in getting us started, but the CMHOF really needed a permanent home that would be open year round on a daily basis, and provide the opportunity for future expansion. With the million people who go through Red Rocks annually, this is a prayer answered.”

On the slate of inductees coming up for the CMHOF include folk music icon Judy Collins, as well as the Serendipity Singers, Bob Lind and Chris Daniels. – Staff Writers
