Clear Channel Sells Non-Core UK Assets

Clear Channel Entertainment has sold non-core assets UK cinema and bingo
businesses to Apollo Cinemas Limited and Apollo Bingo Limited. The sale includes
13 multiplex cinemas and five bingo clubs. Terms of the deal were not
disclosed.

"Clear Channel Entertainment's priority is the live
entertainment industry
and out of home media," said Miles Wilkin, chairman/CEO –
Clear Channel
Entertainment Europe. "We felt it was the right time to dispose
of our bingo
and cinema assets and use the capital to re-invest and
concentrate growing
in our areas of expertise."
