Clapton Announced 2013 US Tour & Return Of Crossroads Fest

NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — One of the world's best-known guitarists has announced plans for a major U.S. tour that will culiminate in the 4th edition of the Crossroads Guitar Festival at New York's Madison Square Garden on April 12th & 13th.

Clapton and his current band will hit the road for their U.S. tour on March 14th, with a show at the U.S. Airways Center in Phoenix and run through April 6th when they put in an appearance at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh.

The festival lineup includes: Jeff Beck, John Mayer, Keb Mo, Vince Gil, Robert Cray, Buddy Guy, BB King, The Allman Brothers Band, Gary Clark Jr., Keith Urban, Brad Paisley and Taj Mahal among others.

All profits from the Festival will benefit The Crossroads Centre in Antigua, a treatment and education facility founded by Clapton for chemically dependent persons. The Festival is presented by Chase.
