CKX Affiliate Completes Park Central Acquisition

NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Robert F.X. Sillerman’s CKX has fully acquired another piece of property, with affiliate FX Luxury Realty purchasing the remaining 50% of Park Central property in Las Vegas.

Park Central property, a 17.7-acre lot located on Las Vegas Boulevard, was valued at a total of $180 million.

FX Luxury Realty had previously announced plans to pursue a retail, hotel, casino, commercial and residential development project on the land.

FX Luxury Realty has also announced plans for a Graceland-based hotel, and will likely employ CKX’s ownership of the Elvis Presley name and image at its new property as well. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
