Ciara Postpones Upcoming North American Tour, Again

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) – Ciara announced on Facebook February 26th that she was postponing her North American tour which. The tours was supposed to begin March 30th at House of Blues in Anaheim, CA.

This is the second time the singer has postponed her tour, Rap-Up reports. After completing the first leg of her Jackie Tour last summer, she announced that the second leg would launch in November. She later postponed the November tour to March.
